No staff, no service

ABSA wonderpark is a disgrace. I am number C028 and have been waiting here for a long time. When you are a company that relies on its people to keep it going you would expect that company to know that they should value that customers. I don’t know if this branch thinks we have the whole day to wait for service or what. All I see is empty service desks!!! This at a shopping mall that’s trying to compete with the likes of Menlyn and so on. Management should really look it this, the staff it seems are practically working half day or something and we the customers are suffering. The branch manager hides in his office ofcourse!!! Never again people, I gave you guys s second chance and it’s the same result....the customers are truly being failed here.
