No staff at Absa Cofimvaba, making the service extremely slow

I have been standing in the queue at Absa Cofimvaba for 2 hours now. When we asked why must we queue for this long to get a service, we were told that there is only one sales consultant on duty, another one is on leave. I do not understand why Absa would have only two consultants in December, when everyone is busy. Can Absa staff the branch adequately, more especially in December, so that people do not waste their time in the queue. I am a new ABSA client, i am here to make a card but i think i made a wrong decision trying to join ABSA
