No settlement amount after weeks of asking

We sold our property and the registration has to happen within the next day or two, but ABSA is dragging its feet about giving the settlement amount to the lawyers. After asking various times and being sent from pillar to post, we have still not got a response. This is extremely urgent now as the figures will have to be app**** for again if we don't get the settlement from ABSA within the next day. <br> Please can someone from ABSA home loans department do their jobs!
