NO SERVICE ON MY VAF ACCOUNT WITH FORD CREDIT

I having been trying for more about 2 weeks now to get hold of Absa/Ford Credit - Legal, a department to assist with a answer if they will accept a lower amount on settlement and allow me to pay of the balance, as I want to reduce my monthly expenses and exposure. Having phoned and being referred from one department to the other, given phone numbers that doesn't ring, emails that is not being answered. This is not the type of service I expect from them, and why not assist to keep there loss to the minimum.
