NO SERVICE, NOT EVEN BAD SERVICE!!
<p>I asked for an quote wich I never received documetation for. Then I cancelled said policy but they debit my account on 1 November 2016. Since then I tried to get a refund, never used this policy as it was cancelled more than a month before first debit order. Up till now I haven't received any correspondence from them or any explenation as to why they don't refund me as a a certain staff member of them said they will.</p>
