No service no Consultants

<p>What a joke!! We have being waiting at the Volksrust branch bank for some time. But both offices were empty of the 2 consultants. So after about a half hour a lady (I THINK she is THE MANAGER) came to the office. She even asked us if we know where they were. No one knew, not even the other staff. She was walking up and down for about 15 min before she could find her consultants… but she had the audacity to tell my daughter to put down her phone!! She can cheat my child (sitting there with empty absa offices for hours) when she does not even know where her consultants are!! … I think you need to train your consultants and management!! Especially management. If the absent consultants were working and management had control over them … my daughter would not have to use the phone to inform my husband why were are so delayed in absa with no staff and control!! And we wanted to open 2 accounts!!! And now we will rather close the others. The worst is that a month from now… nothing would have changed…..it’s a SHAME</p>
