No Service from ABSA National Deceased Estates

A request to close an estate account and transfer the funds to the Estate account was sent to ABSA National Deceased Estates on 06/12/2021, but to date nothing was done yet, and no feedback from ABSA. I cannot understand why this is such a timeous process. Account number: *** in the name of J S Nel (Deceased).
