No service from ABSA House Owner insurance

On Friday the 10th of November a gust caused that a papierbasdoring tree came down and damaged the house. Allsure Construction (from Pretoria) was instructed by Absa to investigate the damage. They spend time and material cost by closing off the roof with a tarpaulin. On Monday afternoon the 13th Nov another contractor (Dipapala from Soweto ) was send out by Absa, also for investigation. on Tuesday the 14th Nov I received a SMS that Dipapala has been appointed as the contractor to repair the house. I addressed several emails to Absa to various email addresses: ********** ; ********** as well as ********** I explained the situation and requested that I would like to see that Allsure Construction would repair the house. Up to now I have not received any response from Absa. One of the trusses is busy cracking and I expect further damage if something is not done to repair the damage.
