NO service from ABSA Home Owners Insurance

I logged a claim on 17 October for a driveway gate motor that was vandalised and left over to a deluge of water overnight. I STILL have not heard from ABSA regarding this claim. I phoned ABSA at least 4 times and sent 8 e mails asking for the way forward. Nothing. We called ABSA HOC this morning and after a LONG hold and NO managers to speak to we were cut off, again. This is a serious compromise to security not to mention having to open and close the gate manually in the recent stiorms in our area. ....... I AM NOT SURE HOW to get a way forward?
