NO SERVICE FROM ABSA CLAIMS

I have 2 Personal loans with ABSA

********** 889 1209.24 installment ********** 908 1573.34 installment

Claim forms and supporting documentation were submitted on 8 August 2018.

On 27 and 28 Aug, debit orders were done for both loan installments. On 31 Aug a credit was done to my account for 1209.24.

Can i please have feedback on the following:

1. Why was I not informed that claim has been approved? I have no documentation etc. What are the terms etc? 2. Why does the Claims dept not inform the Loans dept that a claim was approved? 3. Why was I only credited for the one loan and not both?

This is probably my 15th mail to ABSA about this.
