No service from Absa

My father passed away recently and Absa trust has been nominated as his executors. I have sent them numerous emails and even complained on the absa actionline email. I have not heard anything productive from them. I have sent his death certificate and notice of death and ID but they haven't responded. The last email I got from them they asked for his ID number, and it's not as if it is not on the death certificate or the ID copy I have sent. I have complained quite a bit on the absa actionline email previously and always got a response, but now they just ignore you. It is as if they don't want to help you. We already have so much to deal with after my father's passing and now to worry about his estate is not making things easier.

I am really disappointed with the way Absa is working. I just hope they do something soon.
