No service for supporting letters.

I have tried numerous times to contact Absa regarding letters I need for an estate. No one can help when you get through to a call agent. No one comes back to you. All i need is a letter from the renunciation and a cover letter to the master. This is really bad service. Hope someone replies with some support.
