No Service for Private Banking

Private banking has no meaning at ABSA. You might as well just dissolve the whole department as the people employed in that department has no concern with the people being on the private banking service. We have been trying to get a hold of someone in the private banking division for 2 weeks now with no luck at all we are just being sent from one department to the next.

What is the point being on Private banking and you don't have a specific person to deal with because then I might as well just be on the normal ABSA service.

I need assistance with a home loan that I did and you messed it up.
