NO SERVICE FOR OCTOGENARIAN

Existing customer with ABSA. The personal loan I took two yearz ago will be paid up on the 18th of December. Each month the debit order goes off and was never returned. Now I want to loan again, but are not receiving any service or feedback. I want to use the money to settle some accounts. I'm not really impressed with their service. Each year it seems to be getting worse
