No service

Its been 5 month now that i am at Absa bank. Many times i went tothe bank with no help. I do not get any notification if any money come in or out. I have been paying hundreds of money to Absa bank for a service i do not get. They dont care, like now when i went into my banking app, R500 just missing in 10 min time, i can see who toke it or no notification. Why Absa why? For month all i get from bank is they working on it...
