No service

I went to ABSA Parktown Branch twice in the past two months. I cancelled a policy and for some reason the money still gets deducted. I went for a reversal and to put a stop order on my account. It still hasn't been done and this is the 3rd time that I am going to have to go there. The staff is also very unfriendly. I cant wait to move banks!!!!!!!!!
