NO SERVICE

I have been making payments in advance on my car loan. I tried contacting ABSA to capitalize the amount so that my monthly interest gets reduced, but nobody is looking at this. I tried last month and now again this month. Don't bother doing business with them because they treat their long-standing clients like this.
