No service at all from ABSA bank

If possible I'd give ABSA a zero star rating. - My Husband is under debt review and he paid up his ABSA credit card after receiving a settlement amount, he has request 3 x for a "Paid Up Letter" with no success. This the only thing standing between him clearing him name off debt review. In the meantime we received our monthly credit card statement and even though he settled on the day the gave the settlement amount , the statement shows they charged him Life cover after the date that he settled the account. this is ridiculous, extremely poor service from ABSA and no body in my family will ever do anything through ABSA again.
