No service at Absa

I app**** for an Absa personal almost two weeks ago.I submitted all the required documents but have not received any feedback whatsoever.Calling the personal loans call centre is a frustrating and fruitless exercise after holding for an hour they still cannot assist.This has been the worst service I have ever received.
