NO SERVICE

Over the weekend I got a notification that a certain amount of money had been debited off my account. I have been phoning non stop and nobody will answer the call. I spent a lot of money on airtime being on hold endlessly. I then went to the branch today in Tableview. I arrived 2 hours before the website stated was closing time however I was not permitted to waiting the queue. The security man was very kind and gave me a phone number which was the one I have been calling. (PS heads up to security man outside at the door) Do I Just kiss my money goodbye because the banks are not offering services. I have lost faith in the banking system I cannot afford to have money taken and not have access to my account queries.
