In november 2015 i lodged a claim. In March 2016 someone finally came out to look at the damages. Then i received this message \Selomo Building Contractors CC will be in contact with you for Claim No: ***. Their tel no is ***. Regards Absa Insurance\" on the 10 th of March. It has now been another month and still no repairs done!"
