Cresta Branch one of the Big Absa Branches but with no one to assist you picture going to a big branch standing in the inquiry que with 20 people waiting and there is 6 places where enquirer clears con help you but there is only one person standing there ... this is not giving absa a good name <br> <br> not to mention one consultant in the whole branch , as a client you cant wait up to an hour in a branch to get bank statements this is totally Ridicules <br> <br> why do you wait 15mins at Capitec to be assisted but at Absa you must wait for more then an hour this is not awsome at all
