No service

My parent`s property was registered on the 23rd of May and as per attorney refund request was sent to ABSA but when we went into the Branch last week Wednesday, the 16th nothing had been processed on your side as Howe owners Insurance & bond aren`t linked. It was a paid up property.

I subsequently sent an email on the same day and to date have not had a courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement for that matter.

Please can you process such as an annual payment for homeowners Insurance was made at the beginning of the year and now it`s proving to be an absolute mission to get a refund.
