No service
Was at ABSA branch on 15 January 2018 to extend period of homeloan. Rezandt Rhonwon assisted. Friendly and helpful, no problem in the branch. But to date had no reply when asked what is the status of the application. Emailed Mr Rhonwon and had a reply that I should email ********** Still had not received an answer, I was told it takes 5 business days. It is now almost a month. I need this to be sorted before end of the month as this is when the next payment is due. It is a matter of urgency.
