No sercice form ABSA bankers.

I am the Treasurer for NPO an we have an ABSA account that is apparon Fica hold. I have tried phoning the banker numerous times on cellphone and landline, no answer and no return call. I have e-mailed, WhatsApped and sent SMSs, no reply. I have contacted the superior no response. I have email and phoned action line nothing happens but thatvthe send a message saying someone will be in contact. We have been to a branch, again they can only send a message to the banker to get in contact. How do we get hold of a human being that can get a job of work done?
