No sense of urgency whatsoever

No sense of urgency whatsoever. It's all about monetary interest without customer centricity. Send an email on 2 September 2026 till to date 14 September 2026. There was no response until I had to call them and provided a reference to the email sent and they shamelessly confirmed the email was received and their response is that they can't assist me with my query. Email was received but never bothered to send me a response.
