No Sense of Urgency at All!

I'm trying to figure out how the website says that you can get a loan in one day and when you do apply online, they advise you that it takes 1-3days..How does that work? Then they tell you to go into a branch if you want it done quicker. What's the point of keeping things online? I have been pre-approved and so now I wait.
