No security Absa. Money not safe.

Absa opened a *****ulent account on my name, so *****sters got another bank to pay my money over to the absa account in my name.and withdrew it from the Absa account. I have opened *****case and for 5 months have been trying to contact Absa. No responds apart from I must wait for a my case officer to contact me. 5 months. Nothing. Was no fault of mine. They always blame customer, this was 100% their mistake, nog doing due dilligence. They had al my details, but dit not crosscheck and my money was ****** out of bank. I closed everything now . Canceled my homeloan, as I had no guarantee that *****ster could not access my access bond, as they refuse to communicate with me. BE VERY CAREFULL OFF THIS BANK. NO SECURITY.
