No right to debit my account

Absa your services are pathetic. I just had R40 000.00 taken off my account without my knowledge. This money was transferred into my account on Monday where I needed to settle my homeloan as it was in arrears. The reference is journal debit. You have no right to take money from my account. This is the 2nd time this was done. I was diagnosed with lupus, vasculitis, panniculitis, antiphospholipid syndrome, 3 herniated discs and bone degeneration in the spine. Currently I'm going to be admitted AGAIN. The agent just confirmed that it was Mc. Robert attorneys and she cannot reverse these funds. This is ridiculous. They have no access to my account
