NO RESPONSE TO MY NAEDO DEBIT ORDER QUERY

I've noticed 3 debit orders coming off my ABSA account for amounts of R99 or R98 on the last day of every month via NAEDO for the past few months now.<br> I e-mailed my ABSA query wrt to these debit orders on 31 August 2015 & requested Xoliswa B. Mhlari (Client Service Consultant | Electronic Banking Service Helpdesk | Client Service Centre | ***| Email: [Email Removed] to query & cancel these debit orders as I didn't authorize them.<br> Its been 4 weeks now & she still hasn't responded.<br> The 3 debit orders have AGAIN come off my account yesterday (30 September 2015). <br> <br> I've never subscribed to these companies in my life. <br> How is it possible that they have access to my account details and why are they so willing to refund my funds?<br> Why doesn't ABSA have any authority to cancel these unauthorized debit orders? <br> Possible *****?
