No response to funeral claim

They claim 48 hours turnaround on funeral claims...it's been seven days, I have no response...all the requirements were sent to them...but there is no response...if you call them, they promise to escalate the problem...their customer service is pathetic...I regret chosing them for a funeral cover...I think it is a ****...
