No response to e-mails from ABSA Funeral division.

My wife and I took out separate funeral policies in June 2025.(Circa 18 June)

Info were provided for debit orders and first payments were to go off on 1 July 2025.

However no money deducted from our accounts.

Policy numbers etc not received yet.
