No response on query - money taken out of account without notice.

I requested a charge back on *****elent activity on my credit card. That was granted and the charge back was done. With the charge back came the message below:

This however never happened. The money was taken out (6000 ZAR more than what was charged back) without any notice.

Since then I have not received any response from Absa.

"If the merchant bank presents the transaction and provides us with the necessary documents, this account will be debited with the amount concerned. In event of the above, we will let you know and provide you with the documents concerned"
