No response on problems as usual

I fail to understand how the bank can allow a third party to have a debit order go off before its actual due date. Then penalise me for their systems allowing it to go through without my consent. Ref : C-***8. I want answers, Im tired of being penalised with unnecessary bank fees for no fault of my own. And I wont be phoning you as your call centre agents keep you on hold forever
