No response on deceased estate claim

I am the executor of an estate. I have now sent in over 15 emails trying to get Absa to refund a non resident currency account. I never get a response.

I phoned the number on the statement. I asked the Absa employee who I could complain to at Absa. She said there was nobody and I should contact HelloPeter!!!!
