No response on claim, ****en spending my money on useless service provided

So my insurance for car and household is with absa Activate insurance, and can i tell you I've been having the worst experience with them. They never answer their phones, they never respond back to emails and at this point, I am at my wits with them, I am almost walking into their offices to **** them up. I know where they offices are and I know the Cynthia lady that's busy doing nothing about my claim. This is ****en ridiculous for a client to keep chasing for feedback on a claim. Can I ****en get feedback on my ****en claim TODAY. I am done chasing ABSA for an answer. Everybody is complaining about you everywhere but you not even trying to redeem yourself or responding back to your clients.
