No response on claim

I recently joined ABSA Activate insurance, and my experience has been the worst with them. From my debit order going off in the wrong account, to not having my claim resolved as I don't get any response at all.

A month and 6 days, and my car is still not fixed. CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING WITH MY CLAIM, I WANT MY CAR FIXED AND I WANT IT FIXED BY THIS FRIDAY, THE 9TH, IVE BEEN INCONVIENCED FOR LONG. I am done following up via phone calls and emails to not getting further responses, this is just ****en ridiculous
