No response Home Loan

Did a application for extension on my home loan directly from the online internet banking platform. According to the calculator on the platform I could extend for a certain amount for which I then filled in the details. My application was submitted to Ditebogo Se***a, Skybranch Snr Specialist Consultant at ABSA Home Loans with reference number ********** 8040. This was November 2018 and to date I’m still awaiting feedback.
