No response from NBC Umbrella Trust Fund department

I am writing this out of sheer frustration regarding the complete lack of response from the NBC Umbrella Trust Fund department.I submitted my documentation to the dedicated email address (***ca) on Friday, 14 August 2026. It has now been a full week, and I have not received a single reply, acknowledgment, or case reference number.This delay is unacceptable as it impacts critical beneficiary arrangements. I need Absa Trust / NBC to contact me immediately, confirm receipt of my email.
