No response from ABSA Rewards.

I receive more or less R80 ABSA Rewards at the end of each month. However, I received nothing at all at the end of March, although I spent about R15000 on my credit card. My Absa branch was not able to give the reason for that. I sent an email to ABSA Rewards and they promised to respond before or on 8 April, which they failed to do. I sent another email which was not answered.
