NO RESPONSE from ABSA Home Insurance Department
NO RESPONSE from ABSA about our Home Insurance Policy!! I've been trying to get a statement from AdminHOC so that I can pay our annual premium to insure our house -- but all I get is a Case Number (a week ago...) with no further response. I'm trying to pay my premium but they don't seem to want my money! Meantime, our house is now at risk of being uninsured because of unpaid annual premium. We've had this policy for about 20 years but every year the service from ABSA just gets worse and worse.
