no response from absa

My mother's will is with Absa and they are the executors of her estate. The winding up of the estate has been outsourced to some or other attorney who I have contacted for a status update.I have been informed by the attorney that all they are waiting for is Absa to pay the estate monies into the estate account so that the attorney can proceed with paying out, however Absa appear to be dragging their heels.I gave contacted the person mentioned in this complaint twice now to find out what the problem is, however, my requests fall on deaf ears. I am also a client of Absa and demand some feedback from Abs estates..
