NO RESPONSE FROM ABSA

I have been trying now for weeks to get a response from ABSA. I see an arrears amount on my vehicle account but since have not skipped on month payment, I want them to indicate for which months to enable me to send them proof of payment to correct my account.

NO RESPONSE AT ALL
