I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of communication and feedback concerning my credit card account ending 1021

I have been making monthly payments however I am not sure how much I need to pay, I have been trying to find out how about I go by making arrangements or which Legal company to contact to make payment.

Despite making several attempts to resolve my issue, including multiple phone calls and numerous emails over the past 4 weeks, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your team. This lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience and uncer*****y, especially as I am trying to make necessary arrangements regarding my credit card.

I kindly request that my concern be treated as urgent and that a representative contact me as soon as possible to provide an update and assistance in resolving this matter.
