No response again

Hi,

I have very long time ago logged tickets and tried to contact you guys to finalise my RV. You never got back to me, excuses being you do not have my Mobile number or email although you were send me emails and SMS's. I eventually gave up. You guys then suddenly contacted me and said to me if I do not pay my car immediately you will take action. Ironically on the details you said you do not have. You even put a sheriff on me.

We then made an arrangement and I am paying it off. I asked the Sheriff what my last payment would be as it is the difference and he said he cannot tell me as he handed back to you guys. I logged a ticket with you guys last Friday : C-***3

Still no response, which is not a surprise as did is what you did to me before. Please respond to my ticket so that I can complete my payment to before you phone me again and make threats. I would like you just to at least work with me on this last payment if you do not mind.
