No response

My car is financed by ABSA. I have been making additional payments to reduce the baloon and I contacted them as I had a query on the month I have paid each time the answer is "I should not have made a huge payment" which I do not understand. I sent an email explaining this and there is still no answer or response on my query via email. Even when I ask flr my contact there is no feedback.
