No Response

I tried 2 email contacts supp**** by the ABSA on their website to contact a study bureau or credit department. I don't receive statements of my account and when I do it's months apart, forgetting that I was never fully informed on how the study loan would work, they don't get back to me either. I then contacted their complaints department and still had no response, it's been 4 days. I don't know why this is necessary with such a big company who easily takes my money and gives very little in return. All I want is a statement and an explanation on whats going on regarding my monthly payments. I was told I would be paying R420 a month but only R200 odd goes toward my actual payment on a 9.5 interest? I don't understand and no one explains. I've been paying the interest and account for 6 years!
