No Response

Please assist on Christmas Eve, last week Thursday the 24th around 11:48 I went to an ABSA ATM in Kagiso in one of the shopping complexes near Chamdor. I put in my bank card and the machine immediately prompted me to put in a 10 digit pin number. I noticed something was wrong and immediately cancelled the transaction without putting in any pin number , my card did not come out of the machine instead 2 minutes after that I received a bank sms notification about R2000 withdrawal from my account as I stood next to the machine, I was the only one at the ATM, I called customer care and the consultant said \he does not know what happened
