No response

I have app**** for credit limit increase for my credit card Before I went to the branch I tried several times to call *7702 option 2 from the phone inside the bank I was holding for hours no response) when I did my application I was advised to do a follow up at a nearest bank after 48 hours well I did that but a lady at enquiries said she cannot assist me I need to phone I tried again and again the line is not answered all consultants are busy. I just don't know what to do now. Can someone assist me over the phone.
