No response

I decided to open an account online - I completed the app and got a call within an hour from Kenneth asking me for my documents. I emailed him the documents and received no feedback. I called in only to find out that he needed bank statements. I emailed that - called in again and was told that he was gone home. I called in this morning and the systems were offline. I called in later and they said he wanted an additional statement. i emailed that and called in again at 12 and the guy said he will send him an email to call me. i called in now 2 hours later and another guy tells me he is going to do the same. I ask for a team leader and there is non there according to the agent. I was given 2 numbers to call Fatima whose number does not exist and Edith who does not answer her phone. if I don't call I don't receive feedback. when I go track my application online it still says awaiting documents...does the website actually work? To think that i was actually considering moving my bank. what pathetic service.
